Optigal Whole Paprika Chicken & Savoury Rice
Ingredients:
1.Migros Optigal Poulet with Paprika
2.Long grain rice
3.Butter
4.Stock
Instructions:
1.Remove plastic foil. Cook chicken on breast side for 30 mins at 180c
2.while chicken cooks prepare the rice. Weigh 200g rice and 400ml stock. Fry some butter in a frying pan and fry some onions and garlic if preferred. Add the dried rice. Cook for 1 minute whilst stirring.
3.Add the stock and bring to the boil. Lower the heat to low (3) and simmer covered for 15 mins. After 15 mons is up take off the heat and leave to rest covered for at least 5 mins.
4.After chicken has cooked for 30 mins on breast side turn over and cook for a further 10-15 mins until the internal temperate has reached at least 73c. Leave chicken to rest for 10 mins.
5.Serve with rice and salad
