Chicken Schnitzel

Ingredients:
1.Chicken breast
2.Flour
3.Mayonaise
4.Breadcrumbs
5.Salt and pepper
6.Lemon
Instructions:
1.Carefully butterfly and flatten chicken to approx 1.5 cm thickness.
2.Season and cover chicken in flour then brush mayo over the chicken. Finally cover in breadcrumbs.
3.Cook at 180c for 10 mins or until internal temperature is 74 celcius.
4.Drizzle over lemon juice to taste.
