Ingredients:

1.Approx 1/2kg chicken tenders

2.1-2 teaspoon poultry seasoning

3.salt and pepper

4.1 large egg, beaten

5.Approx 1 cup/250 grams cornflakes, crushed

6.spray oil

Instructions:

1.Season chicken with poultry seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

2.Place beaten egg onto a small rimmed plate. Place cornflakes onto a second rimmed plate.

3.Dip chicken in beaten egg, then press in cornflakes to coat. Place in the air fryer basket and spray the tops with avocado oil.

4.Cook in the preheated air fryer for 7 to 8 minutes. Flip chicken, spray again with avocado oil, and air fry for 3 to 5 minutes more. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 74 degrees C.
