Allow at least 1 hour for marinade and 34 mins for cooking time.

Ingredients:

1.500g-600g Skinkess chicken pieces on the bone

3.Juice of 1 lemon

4.6 tablespoons natural joghurt

5.2 tablepoons tandori marinade

Instructions:

1.Set aside some of the marinade for basting. After scoring the chicken marinade with with mixture of joghurt, 1/2 lemon and tandori marinade for at least 1 hour.

2.add to airfryer and cook at 180c for 24 mins. Baste and turn the chicken halfway. Cook until internal temperature reaches 74c. Rest for 10 mins.

3.Once cooked leave to rest for 5-10 mins

4.Squeeze the leftover lemon over the chicken before serving
