Tandori Chicken

Ingredients:

1.500g-600g Skinkess chicken pieces on the bone

3.Juice of 1 lemon

4.6 tablespoons natural joghurt

5.2 tablepoons tandori marinade

Instructions:

1.Set aside some of the marinade for basting. After scoring the chicken marinade with with mixture of joghurt, 1/2 lemon and tandori marinade for at least 1 hour.

2.add to airfryer and cook at 180c for 24 mins. Baste and turn the chicken halfway.

3.Once cooked leave to rest for 5-10 mins

4.Squeeze the leftover lemon over the chicken before serving
